The check-in table
Volunteers greet each bus, confirm head counts and last-minute changes, and mark bands arrived — or the director self-checks-in from the road.

Judges score captions and record audio commentary on the same phone — no handheld recorders to buy, label, and collect. Totals, ranks, and ratings compute themselves.

Cash shoutouts land straight in your drawer. Fans pay your volunteer kiosk and the night’s reconciliation report balances it for you. Card shoutouts are charged directly to your own Stripe account, same as registration fees, once you’ve connected a payout account and your price is at least $3.00 — you choose whether the band absorbs the processing fee or itemizes it for the fan. Either way it’s revenue most competitions never collect.
